Qualifications:
Education: HS Diploma
Experience: Customer service experience is a plus.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Understanding of ministry landscape and desire to serve in ministry organization
- Ability to enter data into databases correctly
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Great interpersonal phone skills
- Self Starter
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge or ability to learn Windows applications and database systems
- Good memory, observant, self-motivated, diligent, flexible, creative, knowledge and organized
Job Description:
- Handling all inbound phone calls
- Assist customers with a variety of questions and tasks including processing orders, technical support, and registration for events
- Assist Data Entry team during busy seasons
- Other task and duties related to supporting the sales and customer support teams
