Application Due:
Applications can be mailed or faxed to the Student Life Office. All applications must be in the Student Life Office by November 1, 2008.

Staff Interviews/AT2AP Auditions:

Interviews:

Staff Interviews will be held at the Student Life Office on November 15, 2008. Please email or call Lisa at 205.397.2073 to schedule an interview time.

Auditions:
AT2AP applicants must attend an audition. If you cannot attend an audition, you may send in a video. Email or call Amy Harlan for more information.

Reference Letter Information:

Three reference letters are due in the Student Life Office by November 1, 2008. Applicants should give the reference forms to (1) their former Student Minister or Pastor, (2) a Business Associate or someone who has observed them in a similar setting to that which applying for, and (3) a family friend or anyone else except a relative. Report Date for Technical/AT2AP	January 2, 2009
Report Date for Product/Asst. Prod. Coord.	January 6, 2009
Report Date for all other Customer Service	January 7, 2009
Conference begins	January 17, 2009
Dismissal date	April 1. 2009

Please be aware of the above report and dismissal dates. Each Staff member must be available on listed dates. Staff members must live in Birmingham area for the duration of the Conference.
