Resource Development Manager

Qualifications:
Education: MACE or M.Div. or equivalent required.

Experience: Two years of youth ministry experience; church staff experience preferred.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
• Understanding of ministry landscape and desire to serve in ministry organization
• Ability to multi-task
• Confident and quick decision-making skills
• Candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, diligent, and flexible
• Excellent writing skills; published writing preferred.
• Good computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office. Experience with Quark Express is a plus.
• Ability to grasp concepts and present them in a clear and creative way.

Job Description:

• Editing Bible study lessons for theological and educational value, as well as clarity
• Working with artists to develop supplemental resources for Bible study
• Managing editorial calendar and meet deadlines
• Providing editorial support for other facets of Resources department as assigned
