Every applicant needs to sign up for an interview. If you cannot attend a scheduled interview, follow the instructions for conducting a video interview. To schedule an interview at any of these locations, please call Lisa Benkendorfer at 205.397.2073.

While face to face interviews are preferred, you may submit a video interview if you are unable to attend a scheduled interview date. Click HERE for instructions.

Times and dates are subject to change or be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, we will work with the applicant to the best of our ability to reschedule an interview time at a different location.

AT2AP Auditions:

To schedule an audition, please contact Amy Harlan at 205.439.5445. AT2AP applicants need to have an audition along with an interview, so please schedule an interview with Lisa Benkendorfer, as stated above.

Reference Letter Information:

Three reference letters are due in the Student Life Office by January 31 in order to complete your application process. Applicants should give the reference forms to (1) a former Student Minister or Pastor, (2) Business Associate or Employer and (3) to anyone else except a relative (family friend). References can send any additional information with the Student Life Summer Staff Reference Form.

Please be aware of the above Report Dates and Dismissal Dates of the team in which you are applying. Each staff member must be available beginning on the Report Date and ending on the Dismissal Date. Any date conflicts need to be discussed during your interview and noted on your application.
