Qualifications:
Education: Broadcasting or equivalent

Experience: 2-3 years

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
  • Understanding of ministry landscape and desire to serve in ministry organization
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, diligent, organized and flexible
  • Confident and quick decision-making skills
  • Ability to direct, cast, shoot short narratives
  • Expert knowledge of Final Cut Pro, DVD studio pro
  • Some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and After effects
  • Ability to light a scene
  • Knowledge of numerous production equipment, track, dolly, jibs, etc.


Job Description:

  • Direct in-house video department
  • Lead creative sessions for event video, promotional, and curriculum videos
  • Travel to locations for shoots
  • Work with writers producers in creation of videos
  • Work with Senior video director on large campaigns
  • Write scripts
